AI Team Lead

We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking  AI/ML Engineer  to join our R&D team at IVIX, where we use cutting-edge AI to fight financial crimes .

In this role, you’ll focus on building and deploying advanced AI systems powered by  large language models (LLMs) ,  autonomous agents , and  retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)  architectures. You’ll help us turn noisy, unstructured web data—social media posts, documents, business listings—into structured, high-confidence insights at scale. This is an opportunity to work with one of the most impactful AI stacks in production, solving hard real-world problems in a startup environment.

• 5+ years of experience in traditional machine learning, including model development, optimization, and deployment in production environments

• 2+ years of experience in generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, embeddings, applied NLP use cases)

• Proven track record of leading AI initiatives end-to-end, from research and prototyping to production-scale deployment

• Experience defining and driving AI strategy, identifying opportunities, and aligning technical direction with business goal

• Strong background in building and managing AI/Data Science teams, fostering innovation, and mentoring talent

• Experience with agent-based architectures, RAG pipelines, and integrating APIs, vector databases, or knowledge graphs

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), data engineering workflows, and enterprise-scale system design

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders

• Passion for advancing AI, staying ahead of industry trends, and applying cutting-edge research into practical solutions
