Quality Engineer MRO (f/m)
Description
What You Will Do
- Support MRO operations by ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, customer, and internal quality requirements.
- Review maintenance records, repair documentation, and certification packages to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and support investigation of NCRs, escapes, customer complaints, and audit findings.
- Lead or support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product compliance reviews.
- Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Review technical data, including CMMs, Service Bulletins, Engineering Orders, and customer specifications.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Certifying Staff to resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance, quality, and turnaround time.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably within an MRO or Part 145 environment.
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations, and AS9100 quality management systems.
- Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.
- Experience supporting customer and regulatory audits.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and electronic documentation tools.
- Communicative Polish and English skills required
