-
Product: Our Product team shapes the direction of NMC2’s products and services. By bringing together customer insights, market research and business context we develop the long-term roadmaps and then collaborate with teams across the business - in particular Engineering - to turn them into reality, partnering with our customers to deliver the best outcomes for them and our organization. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin a career in product management and want to help deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement, and work closely teams across the business to ensure we build the right solutions for the right problems. You'll also benefit from the mentorship and experience of senior product managers as you develop your skills and establish yourself in the field.

-
Developer Platform: The Developer Platforms team builds and maintains the tools and automation that power how engineering teams at NMC2 build, ship, and manage software. Our mission is to make developers' lives easier by providing self-service capabilities that remove friction and let teams focus on building great products. We own the Internal Developer Portal, where engineers can access self-service workflows to quickly create, build, and deploy applications , with the underlying tooling, pipelines, and configurations set up automatically behind the scenes. We're continually expanding these workflows to support more of the software development lifecycle. We also manage our infrastructure as code, spanning both platform tooling and cloud resources , all provisioned and governed through code with the right guardrails and controls built in.

-
DevOps: The DevOps team owns and operates the core SDLC tooling that engineering relies on at NMC2 , including GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, ArgoCD, and our Harness CI systems. They ensure these platforms are reliable, secure, and scalable so that teams across the organization can build and ship software with confidence.

They work closely with the Developer Platforms team to integrate this tooling into the self-service automation and workflows that power the developer experience. This partnership ensures the underlying platforms and the automation built on top of them work seamlessly together. The team also owns our ArgoCD architecture, managing Argo across a large fleet of Kubernetes clusters spanning both cloud and on-prem environments. This involves designing for scale, maintaining consistency across clusters, and enabling GitOps-based delivery throughout the organization.

-
Data Engineering: The Data Engineering & Analytics team builds and operates a secure, governed, and scalable enterprise data platform that enables analytics, AI, applications, and business reporting across the organization. Our work includes batch and real-time data engineering, streaming platforms, cloud and on-premises data architecture, data quality, governance, metadata, and publishing trusted, reusable data products. Interns and new graduates will gain hands-on experience with modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Flink, Apache Iceberg, Trino, Python, SQL, Terraform and infrastructure automation while working alongside experienced engineers on meaningful enterprise use cases. We are looking for curious, collaborative individuals who enjoy solving complex data problems, learning emerging technologies, and building solutions that deliver measurable business value.

-
Innovation Architecture: The Innovation Architecture Group works at the forefront of HPC, exploring, benchmarking, and integrating emerging technologies across compute, GPU infrastructure, high-speed networking, storage, hardware, and software. The team evaluates new products and future technology roadmaps from established industry leaders and innovative start-ups, testing their performance and efficiency in real-world lab environments. Through hands-on engineering, workload benchmarking, and research, the group identifies system bottlenecks, improves cluster utilization, and determines how new technologies can work together within a cohesive HPC architecture. The team also collaborates closely with customers, technology partners, and specialist architects to understand evolving workload requirements and translate the latest advancements into the high-performance computing platforms of the future.

-
Network Automation: Our Network Automation team is responsible for designing and building the software platform behind NMC2's global network infrastructure — the tools, services, and frameworks that enable automated, scalable, and self-service networking. As a new graduate, you will work closely with experienced engineers to grow your skills across both networking and software engineering while contributing to projects that improve how we provision, monitor, and operate networks at scale. You'll develop code, automation workflows, and CI/CD pipelines that directly impact how our research and compute environments run, working with technologies like Python, Kubernetes, Neo4j, and modern cloud-native tooling, and building best practices in Infrastructure-as-Code and observability along the way. We're also an AI-forward team — we use Claude to help build, manage, and evolve our platform, so you'll learn how to work alongside AI agents to ship faster. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are passionate about combining software engineering with networking and want to grow their expertise in automation within a large-scale, high-performance compute environment.

-
Security Engineering: Our Security Engineering team is responsible for securing the applications and services that power our company, ensuring strong application security across the engineering lifecycle. As a Graduate Security Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of AppSec and developer tooling; building and enhancing in-house security tools, integrating automated scanning into our pipelines and helping teams identify and remediate vulnerabilities
