Our bootcamps focus on training students in Data Analytics, Data Science, Web Development, Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering, and UX/UI Design — in an accessible and practical way, supporting them until they successfully thrive in a new career.

What is our goal? We are continuously looking for experienced AI Automation professionals who want to support and guide our students on their path to becoming professional developers. This is a full-time teaching role with an expectation of 40 hours per week . The schedule can be flexible, but you must be consistently available to support students throughout their learning journey.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within the marketing, tech, or customer success.

• Solid understanding of business process improvement, with a working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency.

• Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students.

• Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development.

• Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Nice to have:

Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients to identify needs, pitch solutions, and drive adoption of automation tools.
