What This Role Isn't

This isn't a role where you're expected to have all the answers on day one. We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating new challenges.

You don't need to be an AI expert to succeed in this position. An interest in technology and continuous improvement is more important than deep technical expertise.

While reporting, coordination, and governance activities are part of the role, this position goes beyond project administration. You'll have opportunities to solve problems, contribute ideas, influence outcomes, and support meaningful change across the organization.

This role is not limited to maintaining existing processes. You'll help improve how change management, project governance, reporting, and emerging technologies, including AI, are adopted across the enterprise.

  • Experience supporting governance, portfolio management, regulatory, or enterprise change management activities within a large or highly regulated organization is preferred.
  • Experience supporting platform administration, reporting, workflow management, ticket management, or business process operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
