Description

You have a clear vision of where your career can go. And we have the leadership to help you get there.  At CNA, we strive to create a culture in which people know they matter and are part of something important, ensuring the abilities of all employees are used to their fullest potential.

CNA’s Long-Term Care (LTC) business unit is not your typical slow-moving insurance company. We have the resources of a large company behind us and operate with a start-up mindset. With a team of over 50 across multiple insurance disciplines, including Operations, Claim, Anti-Fraud, Finance, Actuarial and Data Analytics, we move quickly and have clear insight into how we make an impact. With approximately $14 billion in reserves serving 300,000 policyholders, CNA’s LTC business is an important strategic priority for CNA.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategy and execution as a member of CNA’s LTC Reserving and Finance team. Come work in a highly collaborative environment with key internal and external business partners to support the financial management associated with CNA’s Long-Term Care business. Use your technical strengths, detail-oriented mindset, process excellence and strong communication abilities to turn complex policyholder and claims data into financial insights enabling risk management and stable financial performance.

This position works a hybrid schedule from the CNA Chicago office at 151 N. Franklin St. and offers full actuarial exam study support, flexible work options and a focus on professional development.
