Creative QA Specialist

We’re currently seeking a candidate with an eye for detail as a Creative QA Specialist to join TransPerfect ContentLabs in Malaysia.
Our team, ContentLabs is a full-service creative agency within TransPerfect. From consultation to execution, we provide content strategy services to share our clients' vision with the world. We boast a diverse team spanning the globe that takes global content to the next level.
As a Creative QA Specialist, you will act as the quality owner for creative projects, with a primary focus on video and graphic assets, ensuring all deliverables meet TransPerfect, client, and brand standards.

Serve as a key liaison between creative, production, QA, and project management teams, ensuring quality expectations are clearly communicated and consistently upheld.

Review creative assets across all production stages (scripts, graphic proposals, full sequences, and final outputs) to ensure:

Brand guideline compliance (logos, typography, color, layout)

Accuracy of on-screen text, subtitles, and graphics

Technical correctness across formats and platform

Manage and track quality checkpoints and review cycles, balancing tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Ensure client feedback and internal comments are accurately implemented before delivery.

Perform final quality reviews (final-eye) on video and visual assets prior to client delivery, validating completeness, consistency, and technical specifications.

Identify recurring quality issues and proactively recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers to optimize workflows, schedules, and delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate documentation related to quality reviews, specs, and approvals.
