Head Mixologist is responsible for leading beverage operations and delivering creative, high-quality beverage experiences. The role focuses on developing innovative cocktails and beverage concepts, maintaining consistent drink quality and presentation, controlling beverage costs and inventory, and supporting revenue growth through attractive beverage promotions. The Head Mixologist also leads, trains, and develops the bar team to ensure excellent service standards, responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and efficient bar operations.
Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mixology, bartending, or a supervisory bar role, preferably within a hotel, resort, beach club, or upscale restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, beverage preparation, and mixology techniques.

• Creative and passionate about developing new cocktails, beverage menus, and seasonal promotions.

• Good understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, stock management, and bar par levels.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and develop bar team members.

• Good knowledge of bar hygiene, sanitation, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
