- 4+ years of experience in brand design, preferably within tech companies or startups, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital and print design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- An independent problem solver who can take projects from concept to completion, developing compelling creative solutions that align with business goals and audience needs.
- A strong communicator and storyteller who can present design ideas with clarity, translate complex concepts into engaging visuals, and provide and receive constructive feedback to foster collaboration and growth.
- Growth-oriented, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a versatile approach to brand challenges.
- Strong web design skills, and an understanding of responsive design principles.
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe suite applications.
Compensation + Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately $130,000 base salary plus equity and full benefits package. The exact compensation is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
