Supply Chain Coordinator
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders from creation through to receipt and costing
- Coordinate sea, air and courier shipments with freight forwarders and service providers
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock reconciliations
- Manage local supply and export orders
- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery activities
- Maintain accurate ERP and CRM data
- Monitor ageing and expired inventory
- Investigate and resolve claims and supply chain issues
- Prepare supply chain reports and KPI tracking
- Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Manage supplier, carrier and warehouse service relationships
- Provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders including Customer Services, Warehousing and Commercial teams
