Sales and strategy:

• Work directly with regional management team and Head of Corporate Planning to (1) develop commercial strategy with timely analysis, and (2) to support new product launching and decision-making.

• Drive new operation initiatives end-to-end from conceptualization (including market research and profitability analysis) to execution (project planning, go to market, tracking and monitoring project performance, progress, profitability and ROI).

Data Analysis

• Monitoring loan portfolio key matrics and performance, by using analytical tools

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools, e.g. Power BI and Tableau

• Customize dashboards to meet the specific requirements of different business units and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with company's goals and objectives. (e.g. Expansion planning, budgeting, optimization of marketing, operations and sales strategy)

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field;

• Min 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role

• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying relational databases

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work across diverse teams

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements

• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics

• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling, and data mining techniques
