Description
- Working with MRI Software simulators in our office in Kiryat-Ono. (Full time, hybrid)
- Creating / fixing protocols on MRI simulators (Siemens, Philips and GE).
- Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI simulation environments and software platforms.
- Support hardware and software integration activities for MRI-compatible medical systems.
- Work with Windows-based workstations, servers, virtual machines, and networked environments.
- Support software releases, upgrades, validation activities, and compatibility testing.
- Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Batch) and AI tools
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Service, and Clinical teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, installation guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Execute system verification and validation activities according to company procedures and quality standards.
- Assist in laboratory setup, MRI system imaging, software deployment, and technical environment management.
- Promote automation and efficiency improvements by developing tools, scripts, and process enhancements.
- Work according to Insightec Quality Policy, applicable procedures, standards, cybersecurity requirements, privacy, and safety regulations.
- A technician or academic degree in information technologies or engineering, with relevant studies and knowledge in a computerized environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and system configuration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Proxmox
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working with technical documentation and structured processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
