Dynamics CRM Onshore Tech Lead/Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, solution architecture, and CRM deployments .

Technical/Functional Skills

Strong functional understanding of CRM across various domains, especially Sales and Service modules .

Deep expertise in Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform .

CRM Plugins and JavaScript

CRM data modeling

Workflow automation

Experience designing and developing CRM integrations using various patterns, including:

API-based integrations

ETL

Batch jobs

App-based/ISV solutions

Experience designing and executing large-scale CRM data migrations using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric .

Strong knowledge of CRM Solutions, ALM, environment management, and deployments .

Experience with OOB Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI .

Knowledge of data platforms connected to CRM, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse .

Experience with Copilot in D365/M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry , and development of agents/chatbots.

Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation .

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

D365 Certification: PL-600, PL-200, or AB-100.

Knowledge of Azure components ; AZ-900 certification preferred.
