As part of our global Technology Engineering team , you will install, maintain, administer and support the organization’s audio-visual equipment and services across seven offices in Asia. You will manage , troubleshoot and maintain audio/video (A/V) systems ; perform preventive maintenance and testing ; and implement audio, video and control systems that meet enterprise standards and requirements .

You have at least 5 years of experience within a multi-disciplinary global IT environment

You are highly flexible and able to work weekends , evenings and extended hours when necessary

At times the working environment can be pressurized, you must be able to achieve results during such situations

You have a track record for successfully participating in complex Audio-Visual p rojects

You have expansive knowledge of the Asia Pacific region corporate AV marketplace , including established relationships with key integrators, manufacturers, consultants and distributors

You have experience working in multiple regions and time zones with colleagues in other countries within Asia, and globally
-
Continuous improvement practices are part of your day-to-day work processes

Y ou’ve provided technological direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integration s to partners

You have a proven track record supporting and using the following audio-visual technologies :
Cisco audio visual and voice systems
QSC Audio, Video and Control
Crestron Video and Touch Panels
Extron table connectivity hardware
Shure Ceiling Microphones

You have a t horough understanding of troubleshooting, testing, analys i s and corrective action within global corporate N etwork s and Audio/Video environment

It is a positive if the following AV certifications are held – Degree in a relevant subject, CTS-D/I

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
