Salary: Up to £26,800 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week no weekends, Overtime - during Evening and weekends possible

Your Role:
-
You will be managing the Mechanical Transport Fuel Installation, ensuring the safe storage and handling of fuel and lubricant products in line with current regulations.

You will be demanding, issuing and monitoring fuel and lubricant products, ensuring only authorised personnel receive them.

You will be carrying out routine compliance, fire safety and site inspections, maintaining accurate records and reporting risks, defects, incidents or spills.

You will be maintaining safety documentation, including Control of Substances Hazardous to Health registers, safety data sheets, certificates and key records.

You will be ensuring the fuel and lubricant point, vehicle wash stations, spill kits and surrounding areas are safe, clean, compliant and well maintained.

You will be supporting inspections, responding to reasonable management requests and contributing to a safe working environment through first aid and fire marshal responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: You will have basic information technology skills, including emails, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, together with good verbal communication skills and a full driving licence.

Experience: You will be a strong team member who can prioritise your own workload, support colleagues when required and work independently for extended periods in a flexible and hardworking manner.

Skills: You will be able to work safely, follow regulations and procedures, maintain accurate records and communicate effectively while supporting a compliant fuel and lubricant operation.
