Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Front Office Business Analyst with 4–7 years of experience to bridge business needs and technology delivery across front-office functions. The role will work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define solution approaches, prepare technical documentation, and support the delivery of reliable software solutions.
The position contributes to business objectives by translating requirements into clear technical specifications, supporting Agile delivery, improving solution quality, and helping teams adopt relevant technologies across mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain environments.
Software Requirements
Required

Strong understanding of technology platforms such as mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain.

Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
