Sales Enablement Tooling & Launch Support

-
Support the internal rollout of sales enablement tooling and related launch activities.

-
Coordinate content migration, stakeholder readiness, user communications, testing support, and adoption tracking.

-
Partner with GTM, Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure launch milestones are met.

-
Help maintain enablement content repositories so sellers can quickly access approved GTM assets and guidance.

Internal Communications & Change Management

-
Support internal communication landing pages, program announcements, launch updates, and stakeholder communications.

-
Prepare meeting materials, status updates, leadership summaries, and follow-up notes.

-
Capture decisions, action items, blockers, and next steps from cross-functional meetings.

-
Help ensure teams understand what is changing, what actions are required, and when deliverables are due.

Stakeholder Coordination

-
Operate effectively across North America and EMEA time zones.

Exposure to sales, channel, partner, or go-to-market organizations.
