Job Description Summary

The Sustainability & EHS Enterprise Integrator drives operational excellence and enterprise integration across the Sustainability & EHS function for the entire Electrification Segment globally, deploying Lean and structured improvement methodologies to deliver step-change performance aligned with the 2030 ambition.

Job Description

This role is responsible for implementing lean processes across both Sustainability & EHS functions globally, performing M&A due diligence, redesigning and leading the governance framework, co-designing and overseeing serious injury prevention programs and injury & illness (I&I) rate improvement initiatives, overseeing the EHS function performance and reporting, and interfacing with GEV and Electrification Lean and business lines teams worldwide. The role reports to the Sustainability Leader for Electrification Segment.

A core deliverable of this role is building the operational backbone that anticipates the Electrification Segment's 2030 sustainability and EHS targets globally, ensuring scalable governance across all countries, M&A integration capability, and a cultural shift that permeates every business line and geography within the segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Kaizen methodology across the Sustainability & EHS function globally, driving a culture of continuous improvement namely through Kaizens, structured problem-solving, and performance breakthroughs across all Electrification.

• Implement Lean processes and operational excellence frameworks across both Sustainability & EHS functions, eliminating waste, standardising workflows, and improving cycle times for key processes.

• Lead Electrification M&A due diligence and post-merger integration activities for Sustainability & EHS, ensuring seamless onboarding of acquired entities into the global governance framework and management systems regardless of country or business line.

• Co-design, deploy, and oversee the serious injury prevention programs and the I&I rate reduction multiyear plans based on highly reliable organization principles, set targets, track progress, and ensure sustained results aligned with the 2030 ambition.

• Own and govern H&S reporting, metrics, and dashboards, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making and regulatory compliance.

• Interface with GEV teams and Electrification Lean and business line leaders globally, ensuring alignment on policies, standards, reporting requirements, and enabling bidirectional best-practice sharing across the entire segment.

• Establish and govern the sustainability & EHS function's global operating model, including roles, accountabilities, escalation paths, audit rhythms, and performance management routines across all Electrification.

• Drive maturity assessments and capability building across EHS teams within the Electrification Segment, identifying gaps against 2030 targets and building structured development roadmaps to close them at global scale.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt+ certification or equivalent is a differentiator. MBA or postgraduate qualification in operational excellence or business transformation is a plus.

• Significant proven progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or enterprise integration roles within industrial/manufacturing environments, with significant international exposure and proven ability to design and deploy management systems at global scale across multiple countries and cultures.

• Proven track record of deploying Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma programs that delivered measurable improvements in process efficiency, governance maturity, or operational KPIs at enterprise scale.

• Experience leading M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, and business transformation programs globally. Ability to rapidly assess, harmonize, and integrate operating models and governance frameworks into a unified system. Familiarity with Electrification Segment and GEV structures preferred.

• Strong expertise in building governance frameworks, performance management systems, and standardized operating models across diverse regulatory and cultural environments. Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and H&S standards & regulations is an advantage but not essential; the ability to quickly learn domain-specific requirements and translate them into operational processes is key.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, align competing priorities across business lines, and drive adoption of new ways of working in diverse cultural environments.

• Fluent English required; additional European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, German) valued. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).

The pay range for this position : Between € 72,000.00 and € 108,000.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Chimico Farmaceutico NCBA salary scale, which defines employment levels and minimum salary levels.
