Nursing Assistant Post op/Vascular Unit Night Shift

Summary

Job Description:

Full Time/ 26 hours weekly

12 hour shifts/ 7P -7A

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Essential Duties

• Personal hygiene

• Routine vital signs

• Routine care

• Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year of experience preferred

• Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program/SRNA
