ILS Manager

At our Rehovot site, we are looking for an experienced ILS Manager to join a multidisciplinary team supporting advanced defense systems programs. This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful projects with global impact, working closely with customers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and operational interfaces across the organization. In this role you will:

Manage ILS proposals and programs for DIRCM systems, including responsibility for all ILS elements such as test equipment, support equipment, technical publications, training, spare parts, participation in reviews, and presentations

Write and maintain ILS documentation for projects

Lead procurement activities, implementation, and control processes מול internal company interfaces and subcontractors for ILS products

Coordinate, manage, and support the development of infrastructure products and maintenance tools used for DIRCM systems support

Prepare price proposals and spare parts calculations for customer proposals

Work directly with customers to define infrastructure and maintenance support requirements at customer sites

Provide technical and operational support and responses to customer issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field - Advantage

Experience in matrix project management with customers in Israel and abroad

Experience in managing maintenance programs and ILS activities

Experience working with subcontractors

Experience with ERP systems - Advantage

High level of English, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel abroad and work flexible hours

Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Background in or familiarity with the Israeli Air Force technical framework in field or headquarters roles - Advantage
