We're looking for a HACCP & Quality Assurance Coordinator at our Oslo plant to champion food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
How you will contribute
You'll own and coordinate our Food Safety system (FSSC 22000, HACCP, Food Defense) and drive quality assurance across production for defined lines. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our products meet the highest safety and quality standards — from raw materials to finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Site HACCP Coordinator
- Food Safety system ownership - maintain and improve the HACCP/FSSC 22000 system, allergen management, and Food Defense plan in line with FDA and Mondelēz global requirements
- Capability building — train and coach the HACCP team (line leaders, QA, CI) so food safety is embedded across the plant
- New projects — support launches and line changes with GMP/HACCP/ISO/QP compliance reviews, risk analyses, and ensure corporate quality and food safety approval is obtained
Assigned Lines QA Coordinator
- Documentation & verification — validate quality controls (PKKS), allergen changeovers, sPP, CIP, extraneous matter control, net content, labelling, and process records for your responsible lines
- Sanitation — ensure sanitation rules are met on your lines in collaboration with the Sanitation Coordinator, and maintain oversight of incoming control for raw and pack materials
- Quality monitoring — oversee quality KPIs (defect rates, sensory panels, GMP, Cpm) for your lines and drive continuous improvement
Plant-Wide Responsibilities
- IL6Sigma & Quality Culture — take an active role in IL6Sigma operations and champion quality culture initiatives across the plant. Being owner of standard work processes in QM and/or other pillars.
- Consumer & customer complaints — own tracking, reporting, trend analysis, root-cause investigation, and CAPA follow-up for the Oslo plant to reduce CPMU levels
- HSE — work and improve for a safe working environment in line with occupational safety and environmental regulations — this is everyone's responsibility.
What you will bring
Must-have:
- University degree in Food Technology or related science
- Experience in the food industry / quality management
- Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, and food safety systems
- Background in food microbiology, analytical chemistry, or chocolate production
- Proficient English (spoken and written)
- Norwegian language skills
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of client-country food law
- Experience with IL6Sigma or continuous-improvement methodologies

- Proactive, flexible, and action-oriented
- Strong communicator who can present, train, and mediate across all levels and cross-functional
- Comfortable delegating, prioritising under pressure, and working both independently and in a team
