Position Responsibilities

Develop your recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.

Work alongside an experience recruiter to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.

Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.

Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
