Sr. Process Innovation Specialist

Job Summary

Drive data-driven process innovation across fulfillment and warehouse operations by applying analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.

Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to design and implement sustainable process improvements.

Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive optimization initiatives.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and effectively communicate performance insights.

Lead cross-functional projects and pilot programs from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.

Basic Qualifications

-

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment center operations.

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex operational problems using data.

Strong understanding of KPI development, root cause analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience performing large-scale data analysis using SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.

Experience with simulation, optimization modeling, or operations research techniques.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation technologies, and operational analytics platforms.

Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
