Description
Hiney's Londis Crossmolina seek a Full Time Sales Assistants for the Shop Floor .
MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To operate within the store departments efficiently, effectively and hygienically to ensure customer satisfaction with the highest standards of service and products at all times.
Training will be provided.
Duties include:

Good customer care skills

Knowledge of operating a till
-
Ordering stock
-
Accepting deliveries and reporting any shortages
-
Arranging and rotating stock on the shop floor and stock room.

Ability to work as part of a team

Updating Shelf edged labels
-
Stocking merchandise and creating displays
-
Clean shelves and counters and making sure shop and store is tidy and free from clutter at all times.

Operate computerised till system and barcode scanner, lotto machine, and other services offered to the customers

Assist customers in bagging purchases

Be vigilant at all times to prevent loss of stock and waste

Be flexible
-
Be able to communicate and interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner
