As a Guest Services Ambassador, a typical day will include:

G reet s and engages resort guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.).

Responds to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by arranging or identifying appropriate providers .

Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.

Gathers, summarizes, and provides local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.

Contact appropriate individuals or departments (e.g., Bell stand , Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Server) as necessary to resolve guest calls , requests, or problems .

To Become a Guest Services Ambassador at AAH :

Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .

Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10 lbs without assistance .
-
The position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
