We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain . You will work from our office located in Madrid in a hybrid work model.

As a Field Sales Representative at Arrow, you will work with assigned accounts from all territory in Spain . You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities within your accounts. The focus is to develop mid-market resellers and build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

What will you do?

• Define critical markets in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling,

• Develop a number of selected partners making them grow in the Arrow Solutions ecosystem, in both, brands and billing

• Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service,

• Coordinate opportunity development of existing customers,

• Stay up to date with industry trends, news and vendors’ portfolio.

Who are you?

• Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions, preferably in B2B,

• Strong communication and sales skills,

• Native in Spanish and English B2

• Self-motivated and takes sales cycle ownership,

• Have interest in sales, IT solutions and you’re number oriented.
