Oracle Cloud Developer – Integrations Engineer

Position Overview
Th is position is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations across ODL Oracle Cloud A pplications and internal or external business systems . The role focus is on building and secure, scalable, and reliable end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) among other techno logies . The position works closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, architect and implement integration strategies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure future high performance and compatibility with ongoing system updates .

Essential Job Functions

Administer Oracle Integration Cloud to support integrations within the ODL application architecture .

Administer s ecurity and configuration in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Independently, efficiently, and effectively self-manage priorities, tasks, and small projects .

Collaborate cross- functionally to gather information and provide analysis of goals, complexity/feasibility, resource , cost, and time.

Design, develop, implement , and monitor i ntegrations solutions.

Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud application integrations.

Define , implement , and follow best practices for integrations to ensure future upgrade and release compatibility .

Identify risks, problems, or opportunities in existing applications integrations and develop solutions to continuously improve, to mitigate challenges , to ensure operational stability, and to ensure scalability and overall solution effectiveness and efficiency.

Ensure quality of development deliverables by applying proven testing methodologies .

Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and integrations.

Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, patches, and new features.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the business.

Build and maintain Integration roadmaps with high quality and on-time execution .

Continuously improve your knowledge and skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies , keeping apprised of and making recommendations based on new developments, opportunities and offerings in the vendor ecosystem.

Evaluate emerging integration and middleware technologies and recommend adoption where it creates business value .

Train and mentor other s, guiding based on project requirements and best practices ; P rovide oversight and coordination with external partners.
Experience and Education :
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience .
-
5 + years of experience in Software engineering with a focus on data integration, data processing, data quality, data migration and data governance.

3 + years of hands-on e xperience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SOA Suite .

Experience using Oracle tools and technologies such as VBCS, BIP, OTBI, CMK , ADW , PL/SQL , SOAP, REST , XML , JSON .

Knowledgeable with EDI

Experience with multiple systems in the Oracle Cloud A pplication S uite ( Preferred: ERP , SCM, OTM, WMS, OCC, CPQ, FDI , EPM ).

Experience working with other leading cloud-based data warehouses and platforms . – Preferred

Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). – Preferred

Excellent written /verbal communication and listening skills .

Demonstrate d fast learner , strong analytical and problem-solving track record ; able to independently own backlog , lead solutions and develop action plans and roadmaps.
