Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in Market Research Data Processing Tabulation .
- Hands-on expertise in Quantum, SPSS, weighting, coding, and data merging .
- Experience managing 8-10 projects independently.
- Exposure to Tracking, Segmentation, Copy Testing, and Concept Testing studies.

- Manage multiple projects within timelines with minimal supervision.
- Program surveys and ensure quality delivery using the FTR (First Time Right) approach.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain project quality standards.
Other Responsibilities (15%)
- Attend training and follow organizational processes.
- Manage programmatic platform updates.
- Support invoicing and project closure activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification in Market Research or Management preferred.

- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and weekends .
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment .
- Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability.
