Job Summary

As a PPAP Coordinator, you will manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities for Stoneridge products that are supplied for commercial vehicles. You will work together with engineering, quality and production teams to ensure that product changes and new products meet customer and automotive quality requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate PPAP submissions for engineering changes and product transfers.

• Prepare PPAP schedules, track deadlines and ensure documentation meets AIAG PPAP, IATF 16949 and customer requirements.

• Collect, review and maintain PPAP documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, dimensional results, material certificates and PSWs.

• Prepare and submit PPAP packages, and follow up on customer feedback, approvals and resubmissions.

• Act as the main contact for PPAP-related communication with customers and internal teams.

• Support engineering and quality teams with PPAP-related questions.

What You Need

• Vocational education or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related technical field.

• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering or the automotive industry.

• Basic knowledge of PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans and SPC is an advantage.

• Good organisational and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and customers.

• Good attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent English.

• Willingness to learn automotive quality standards and customer requirements.
