Entegris Yonezawa Plant is recruiting a Public Health Nurse to promote employee health.

What you will do:

Plan and conduct periodic health examination

Medical checkup results management

検診結果の管理

Follow-up interviews and health consultations with employees who have medical findings

有所見者との面談及び個別指導

Provide health consultations and mental health–related support

健康相談、メンタルヘルスに関するサポート

Return-to-work support for employees   ( Including pregnant employees )

復職者 ・休職者 面談、 妊産婦等の サポート全般

Medical room management   (f irst aid kit , equipment)

医務室の管理（救急箱、備品類）

Work closely with the industrial doctor, including coordination tasks

産業医との連携及びパトロール、委員会等の調整

Plan and conduct flu shot

-
インフルエンザワクチン接種の計画と実施

What we seek:

-
M ust have a nursing license and a minimum of   7   years of experience

-
看護師資格を所有していること、7年以上の実務経験を有すること

Outstanding candidates will have :

Ability to communicate with others

A bility to   use PC for simple data entry
