Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant software systems and modern architecture patterns, with a strong emphasis on AWS cloud-native solutions.

Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.

Troubleshoot complex issues across software and infrastructure layers, ensuring high availability and performance.

Automate disaster recovery, high availability, and fault tolerance strategies using infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native tooling.

Present innovative ideas to leadership and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.

Lead the standardization and implementation of reusable architecture and deployment patterns for AWS-hosted applications.

Engineer applications with best practices for fault tolerance, data replication, and multi-region support.

Evaluate technology trade-offs and make informed decisions to maximize customer value and delivery efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and empower teams to implement innovative solutions.

Take ownership of solving customer problems through effective use of modern technologies and engineering practices.

Identify   and lead the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience :

-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Engineering, or a related field.

-
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a team

-
Strong technical background with   expertise   in software development, architecture, and design.

-
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design, Java or .NET frameworks, front-end technologies Angular/React, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS/GCP).

-
Must have   strong   experience as   Designer /Developer of REST/SOAP API services, both as consumer & provider.

-
DevOps Knowledge: Experience with continuous integration and DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Rally, SonarQube).

-
2+ years of Hands-on working experience with Scaled Agile methodologies and practices.

Proven   track record   of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross - functional teams.

Knowledge of the employee benefits domain and claimant experience is a plus.

Preferred   Qualifications:

Experience with cloud technologies and   microservices   architecture.

-
Familiarity with modern front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Lead   innovative   efforts,   leveraging   modern technologies to solve customer problems. Knowledge of implementing solutions through Gen AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a plus.
