We are looking for a driven Hospitality Recruiter who understands hospitality roles and can manage end-to-end recruitment while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (Waiters, Chefs, Baristas, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.).

Source candidates through portals, referrals, databases, and walk-ins.

Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates as per client requirements.

Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and client feedback.

Manage documentation, CV formatting, and recruitment trackers.

Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain hiring timelines and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
