We are seeking an experienced ITSM & ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform and IT service-management capabilities. The role will translate business and IT requirements into scalable, secure and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business, IT and enterprise architecture standards.

• Design and implement ITIL-aligned processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and Configuration Management.

• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms

• Define integration patterns, APIs, data flows, authentication, error handling and monitoring.

• Drive automation using ServiceNow platform capabilities.

• Provide architectural oversight of CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.

• Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, performance, availability, scalability and compliance.

• Establish ServiceNow development, integration, data and customisation standards and minimise technical debt.

• Translate business requirements into practical, maintainable ServiceNow designs and challenge requirements where appropriate.

• Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and implementation partners.

• Support platform governance, upgrades, releases, testing and continuous improvement.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL practices.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow architecture, configuration and development.

• Strong integration experience

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications.

• Good knowledge of ServiceNow security, roles, ACLs, data models and performance considerations.

• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Desirable

• ServiceNow CIS certifications and/or CTA.

• ITIL 4 certification.

• Experience with HRSD, SAM, HAM, SecOps or CSM.

• Experience with CI/CD, Git and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.

We have offices in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand. The company’s main divisions encompass everything from International Sales through Sales to NGO’s and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply, Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and the storage and distribution of medical products and devices for third parties .
