Founding Engineer - Agentic (Senior)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building an agentic integration platform and are looking for a founding engineer to own the agent layer end to end. You will work closely with the leadership team to ship production systems that enable autonomous, self-improving workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the agent layer end to end including context, self-learning, evals, harnesses, and meta-harnesses
- Define patterns for building, measuring, and evolving agents across the platform
- Collaborate on hiring and growing a team responsible for agentic systems
- Work as a peer to founders and drive relentless experimentation and iteration
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 9 years of relevant software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals
- Experience building context or self learning systems to improve agent performance from accumulated knowledge
- Experience designing autonomous failure detection, diagnosis, or self-healing production workflows
- Built agentic software in the last year and focused on implementation engineering that ships working systems
- Background in harness centric agent building, context engineering, and eval driven iteration
- Deep understanding of agent tracing and evals
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate in a fast moving, hands on IC role
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 150000-300000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
