Job Description

Key Accountabilities 主要职责：

• Sales Matters 销售事宜

• Overall responsibility for the sales of all RRS mining engine products for XCMG

负责组织和协调矿山应用在徐工的所有销售和市场活动

• End-to-end responsibility for complete OE sales and coordinating aftermarket service for XCMG.

服务徐工的端到端的整机销售职责和后市场服务协调。

• Achieve the ambitious sales target in the challenging China and global mining market

在充满挑战的中国和全球市场实现对徐工的雄心勃勃的的销售目标

• Develop, schedule, coordinate sales activities (until putting into commissioning of the product) for the assigned product line within the assigned region

开发，计划，协调指定区域内指定产品线的销售活动（直到产品投入调试）

• Attend to sales calls, inquiries and complaints

接听销售电话、咨询和投诉

• Work out the commercial offer for the sales enquiries

为销售询价制定报价单

• Negotiate sales orders/contracts with customers

与客户商洽销售订单/合同

• Execute sales order, both technical and commercial matters

执行销售订单，包括技术和商务事宜

• Monitor the market and update of customer data

监控市场和客户数据更新

• Evaluate market statistics and comments on trends of sales and respective economic development

评估市场统计数据，并对销售趋势和各自的经济发展发表见解

• Prepare data for China and global reports

准备中国区和全球矿机行业的数据报告

• Prepare and conducting sales correspondence and reports

准备和执行销售信函和报告

• Monitor, control and replenishment of sales and projecting material

监控、控制和补充销售及项目材料

• According to the request from XCMG, develop reasonable and feasible after-sales service plans for customers based on local market conditions and the current status of service agents

根据徐工对产品和服务的集体要求，在整机销售的同事，为客户量身定制合理的切实可行的售后服务方案。

• Coordinate with the local MTU network team, after-sales service team, and service partners in global to provide timely and reliable after-sales service plan for mtu engines in XCMG products

协调全球当地的mtu网络团队，售后服务团队，以及服务代理，为徐工矿机上的mtu发动机提供及时可靠的售后服务方案

• Application Engineering Matters 应用工程事宜

• Liaise with the application engineers for providing the technical support to the inquiries from the customers

与应用工程师协作，为客户提供技术支持

• Define technical specifications and scope of supply for projects

明确项目的技术规格和供应范围

• Maintain and update product and application information

维护和更新产品和应用信息

• Technical presentations for customers

客户技术演示

• Project Matters 项目事宜

• Work on project matters, including matters on application engineering with RRS-FN and Gr. China for projects, if necessary

负责项目事宜，如有必要，包括与RRS德国及大中华区的项目应用工程协作

• Any other assignment from time-to-time 其他工作安排
