ROLE SUMMARY

The Part Time Mechanical Instructor to assist with training Lab development and training efforts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary Role - train/instruct other current technicians in technical capabilities, and other production solutions.

• Develop, Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain technical training lab equipment

• Develop and participate in new training curriculums development to meet the training demands as required

• Provide backup training support for other training sessions when necessary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Expertise in precision tool measurements.

• 10+ years mechanical/machinist experience or two year technical degree preferred

• Ability to instruct multiple curriculums for class sessions of 12+ attendees at any given time

• Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes and propose and implement remedies

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Adhere to lab and plant safety and 5S requirements
