Admin & Employee Experience Specialist

We are looking for an Admin & Employee Experience Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our Herzliya office and create a positive workplace experience for approximately 100 employees.

This is a hands-on role covering office operations, vendors, employee wellbeing, events, and business travel. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Herzliya Hills office.

• At least 1 year of experience in office management, administration, employee experience, or a similar role — a must.

• Strong service orientation and a genuine ability to build positive relationships with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of personal accountability and the ability to work independently.

• Availability to work full-time and on-site at our Herzliya Hills office.

• Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours and travel when required by organizational needs.
