The Operations Senior Associate provides support to assigned Consulting leadership and serves as a trusted partner in executing service line priorities and strategic initiatives. The role independently manages assigned projects and workstreams, develops operational insights through reporting and analysis, identifies risks and improvement opportunities, and helps translate leadership objectives into coordinated execution.
This individual partners closely with Consulting leaders and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Human Resources, Talent, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Resource Management, and other internal stakeholders, to improve operational effectiveness, support business goals, and drive consistent execution across the practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support for leaders in executing strategic and tactical priorities, including short-term initiatives and long-term business objectives.
  • Partner with service line and capability leaders to establish meeting objectives, develop agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
  • Independently lead projects and workstreams of low to moderate complexity.
  • Manage project plans and coordinate activities across stakeholders to support timely, successful execution.
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify risks or obstacles, and escalate matters requiring broader authority or leadership decisions.
  • Support implementation of operational improvements, process changes, and technology initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve operational performance and business outcomes.
  • Analyze operational, resource, and financial information for reasonableness, trends, risks, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
  • Promote effective use of reporting tools, dashboards, operational systems, and shared resources to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with other internal teams to coordinate activities and improve support processes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to advance business priorities and service line goals.
  • Build productive relationships with U.S. and El Salvador colleagues and operate as an integrated member of the Operations organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant operations, project coordination, professional services, consulting support, or related experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams of low to moderate complexity and risk.
  • Experience supporting management-level stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, summaries, charts, tables, speaker notes, handouts, and recommendations for U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organization, attention to detail, discretion, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Ability to analyze operational and business information, identify potential issues, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships, navigate a matrixed environment, and influence without formal authority.
  • Working knowledge of project coordination, process improvement, and risk or issue tracking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Previous project or team leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting Consulting or another complex, project-based business.
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, analytics, or data visualization capabilities.
  • Experience with process documentation, change implementation, or project management tools.
  • PMP certification or comparable project management training.
