Role summary
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding team in London focussing on some of the largest accounts across the Nordics region. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll work with a book of global enterprise accounts — household names operating across multiple markets — to deepen their investment in monday.com http://monday.com and expand it. These are organisations at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation, moving fast to rewire their workflows, integrate intelligent agents into how they operate, and get ahead of competitors who aren't moving as quickly. Your job is to be the strategic partner that helps them do exactly that.
This is a quota-carrying role that requires strong executive-level sales skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Please note this is a hybrid role with a 3 day per week in the office requirement.
About the role;
- The Account Manager position is a growth focused quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from generating opportunities, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation, contracting and eventual renewal.
- Research, identify, and engage opportunities within a territory of Enterprise accounts with existing spend. Proactively prospect into your accounts (cold calls, emails, social selling, networking, etc.) to build a robust pipeline.
- Use the value framework and MEDDPICC to enact robust deal progression processes in collaboration with management to advance and close opportunities with new, complex use cases.
- Strategically build relationships within accounts to build qualified champions. Gaining access to C-Level and VP economic buyers to ensure monday.com http://monday.com becomes a strategic partner of our Enterprise customers, aligned to corporate level goals.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com http://monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI at the enterprise level.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to create the conditions for account growth. This means setting the strategic direction, aligning internal resources, and ensuring monday.com http://monday.com shows up as one coordinated partner to our most demanding customers.
- Continuously build and refine in-depth knowledge of the target industry, including trends, challenges, key players, and opportunities, to effectively position our solutions and add value to C-Level client conversations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS or technology-related field, with a focus on larger Enterprise accounts with a global footprint.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth with large, complex organizations. Experience of the Nordics region is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals with large, complex businesses. Experience with a consultative, value-based sales approach at the executive level.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner to senior stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate the functionality of software products, particularly in the context of enterprise solutions.
- Disruptive technology: Experience selling genuinely new, category-defining technology. Comfortable helping customers navigate the shift from legacy ways of working to something meaningfully better.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing sales activities and pipeline.
- Internal leadership: Proven ability to lead without direct authority, rallying Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Legal, and Executive sponsors around a shared account strategy. You're the person internal teams look to for direction on the accounts you own.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify complex business challenges and develop tailored, enterprise-level solutions.
