YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our [Department/Team] in [Location]. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting Safety, Production, Quality, and On-Time Delivery objectives . You’ll lead production personnel, monitor operational performance, ensure compliance with safety and 5S requirements, and follow up on quality and equipment issues. This is an opportunity to support safe and efficient production while maintaining product quality, team discipline, and delivery objectives .
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN

Ensure production targets and on-time delivery objectives are met.

Prepare overtime request forms and coordinate necessary shift changes.
-
Attend meetings to review supervisors’ metrics and follow up on assigned actions.

Participate in safety training sessions, review risk analyses, and conduct safety talks (Toolbox Talks).

Comply with all safety requirements and participate in accident prevention initiatives.
-
Follow up on quality rejections, develop action plans, and ensure product quality.
-
Ensure compliance with 5S standards within the area.
-
Enter production data into the M3 system and report equipment failures.
-
Manage performance evaluations and monitor employee attendance and permissions.
-
Generate personnel requisitions based on the needs of the area.
-
Maintain team discipline and issue disciplinary notices when required .

Implement and carry out any activities assigned by the manager.

COMPENSATION
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for competitive salary and enhanced benefits beyond legal requirements.
