Job Description
Works under the delegation of the Systems Director of Laboratory Operations to oversee, coordinate, administration all aspects of the ongoing Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) program within the laboratory; including developing, planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling the program’s activities and accreditation.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in laboratory/medical technology science and completion of an AMA approved laboratory training program and MT(ASCP) (or equivalent) certification, and

Previously qualified or could qualify as a general supervisor prior to 2/29/92 under 42 CFR 493.1427 (3/14/90)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency in computer hardware and software use
