Job Description:
Responsibilities :

Assist Project manager to achieve project goals .
-
Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site .
-
Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports .
-
Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors .
-
Prepare Testing & C ommissioning and O perational & M aintenance report .
-
Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning .
-
Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning .
-
Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.
Requirements :
-
Bachelor degree in Building Services , Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent .
-
Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered .
-
Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility .
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese .
-
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving .
-
Strong problem-solving skills and data management skills .
-
Proficient in PC application ( e.g. MS App), knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD would be advantage .
