[Keppel Internship Programme 2027] Intern, Technical and Sustainability Services (Jan - May 2027)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible in the following:
Assist TS Manager to:

1) Update database for knowledge mgmt:
a) vendor list
b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
c) cost database
2) Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Design Mgmt, Procurement, Construction, Document Mgmt, Defects Mgmt etc)
3) Explore opportunities for automation / optimization using AI.
4) Opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders throughout the value chain and understanding the real estate industry more.

Learning Outcomes:
-Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects
-Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.
2. Proficient in using internet / AI for research and ability to validate the data.
