THE JOB
As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Through a mix of clerical duties and exceptional service, you’ll be instrumental in creating lasting WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit.
THE STARTING PAY: $14.50 per hour (plus service charge plus 3% commission)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.

Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.

Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.

Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.

Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must be 18 years old or older.
