[Keppel Internship Programme 2027] Intern, DC Asset Management (Jan - May 2027)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

This role sits within the Fund Management platform focuses on asset management relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT.
The intern will be responsible in the following:

• Assisting in related asset management activities and initiatives for the REIT.
• Liasing with stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling.
• Other asset management related work scope

Learning Outcomes:

• Learn the fundamentals of managing data centre assets in different jurisdictions.
• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholders management, vendors and other asset level management teams
• Gaining experience in financial and operational management of data centre in a REIT

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance or other relevant degree with strong writing and numeric skills.• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.• Genuine interest in asset management & real estate• Good team player who is independent and can communicate effectively with others.
