Job Description
1. SMT Equipment Operation and Monitoring:

• Responsible for daily operation of SMT equipment, ensuring equipment runs as scheduled.
• Monitor equipment status, promptly identify and address abnormal situations.
• **Troubleshoot standard SMT equipment anomalies to enhance productivity**
• **Assist in process optimization & standardization, as well as continuous workflow improvement to achieve process stability.**
• **Execute EPR and complete new product pilot runs**
• **Comply with 5S/ESD/safety regulations**

2. Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal operating condition.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans to reduce equipment failure rates.

3. Equipment Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures to ensure continuous production line operation.
• Document the troubleshooting process and provide improvement suggestions to prevent recurrence.
• **Perform standard SMT equipment maintenance to ensure stable production**

4. Equipment Optimization and Improvement:

• Participate in equipment improvement and optimization projects to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to propose and implement equipment improvement plans.

5. Equipment Operation Training:

• Provide training on equipment operation and maintenance to operators to enhance overall team skill levels.
• Prepare equipment operation manuals and training materials to ensure standardized operations.

6. Data Recording and Reporting:

• Record equipment operation data and maintenance logs, and submit reports regularly.
• Analyze equipment operation data and propose improvement suggestions.
• **Continuously record issues based on equipment characteristics to enable rapid abnormality handling and reduce downtime**
• **Assist in collecting production quality data and filling out daily reports**
