Description
Role Purpose
Lead Finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with company policies, IFRS, SOX, and local tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Business Analysis teams.

Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting and financial analysis.

Monitor budgets, costs, and operational performance; provide financial advice to management.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, internal controls, and local tax requirements.

Coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax authorities.

Partner with Mine Site Operations to strengthen cost control and financial management.

Drive continuous improvement and support Finance team development.

Report to Zijin HQ.
