Role Mission
We are looking for a Sprinklr Technical Success Manager to join our team and support the design, configuration and optimization of Sprinklr solutions across social listening, reporting and data workflows.
This is a dual technical and consultative role : someone who can understand business and client needs, translate them into effective Sprinklr solutions, and is comfortable getting hands-on with the platform configuration. Combines the client-facing and consultative mindset of a Technical Success Manager with the hands-on capabilities of a Sprinklr Consultant / Platform Specialist .
