THE JOB
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
-
Monitor proper procedures for of all deliveries, department personnel, including clock in and out, schedule changes and time off requests
-
Create credit purchase requisitions to return products to vendors and dispose of spoiled products and inspect product expiration dates
-
Ensure par levels are maintained at proper levels
-
Fill requisitions as needed, input product location changes, and issue purchase requisitions
-
Keep equipment maintained and in proper working condition
-
Ensure all products are issued in a timely order
-
Process returns to warehouse
-
Operate forklift and similar equipment to move warehouse supplies
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-
Must be 21 years of age or older
-
Must obtain a valid driver's license
-
High School Diploma or GED Required
-
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Warehouse Required
-
5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Warehouse/supervisory experience Preferred
-
5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Inventory/Purchasing system Preferred
