SALARY:   $ 80 ,000 annually + signing bonus

If this sounds exciting to you, we encourage you to apply to our   full - time P eople   (HR)   position .   In this position,   you   will   g ain   hands-on experience in an entry-level People role, supporting leaders and teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, or   Corporate   functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Partnership:   Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities, support day-to-day   people   needs, and help execute practical solutions that strengthen team performance.

Talent & Employee Experience:   Support core People initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, talent development,   and   engagement .

-
Data & Insights:   Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data to   identify   trends, develop insights, and inform recommendations for People and business leaders.

Continuous Improvement:   Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that help simplify ways of working and strengthen People team impact across the organization.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-
Bachelor’s degree   required ; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.

-
Geographical and functional mobility   required ; open to future relocation and gaining experience across different People functions and U.S. locations.

-
Background or interest in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferred   but not   required .

Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to deliver results above expectations in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
